Bacon & Onion Omelet

2 Strips of Bacon

1 Teaspoons Rapid Fire MCT Oil

2 Eggs

2 Tablespoons Cream

3 Oz. Cheddar Cheese

Green Onion or Chives Sliced and Chopped

Salt and Pepper to Taste


Cook 2 slices of bacon, chop and put aside. In the same skillet, add Rapid Fire MCT Oil with the bacon drippings and cook for a minute. In a bowl, combine eggs and cream, whisk together for 30 seconds. Pour into hot skillet, then add chopped bacon, cheeses and onions. When cooked, fold the omelet over in half and serve with salt and pepper. Remove eggs from hot skillet and plate with a finishing touch of salt and pepper and lightly garnish with onions or chives if desired.
