Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry
8 oz or 2 cups of broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef, precooked
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger or ginger powder
4 Tablespoons of Rapid Fire MCT Oil (2 for the broccoli and 2 for the beef)
Place 2 tablespoons of Rapid Fire MCT Oil into a skillet on medium heat. Add the broccoli florets into the skillet. When the broccoli softens, mix in the beef. Sauté for 2 minutes and then add in the garlic, ginger, and 2 tablespoons of Rapid Fire MCT Oil. Serve warm.
