Caesar Salad

Chicken Caesar Salad

Servings: 4

Salad Dressing Ingredients:

¼ Cup Rapid Fire MCT Oil

¼ Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil or Avocado Oil

2 Teaspoons Anchovy Paste, (Optional)

2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice or Freshly Squeezed Lemon

1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar

2 Cloves Garlic

1 Teaspoon Himalayan salt

½ Teaspoon Black Pepper


1 Small Head of Romaine Lettuce

1 lb. Boneless Chicken Breast

1 to 2 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese Shavings (per serving)



Add all salad dressing ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Transfer to a container with lid. Shake before each use. Serve over romaine lettuce and boneless chicken breast. Then sprinkle with freshly shaved parmesan cheese before serving.
