Creamy Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1 Orange
1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger Root
1-2 Tablespoons of Rapid Fire MCT Oil
3 Tablespoons of Chilled Coconut Cream (Must be Chilled to Thicken Smoothie)
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
Pinch Cardamon Spice
10 Grams Spirulina Powder
Pinch of Spirulina & Dash Almond Milk (Optional Topping Effect for Desired Swirl Design)
Chia Seed and/or Blueberries for Topping (Optional, if desired)
Directions:
Peel avocado and orange, and grate ginger. Place all ingredients in blender, adding the Spirulina last. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. May add a pinch of spirulina on top with a dash of almond milk, then place fork in middle of glass “swirl” together to create a design. May also add topping of chia seed and/or blueberries if desired.
