
Salmon Steak with Asparagus

Ingredients:
1 Bunch of Fresh Asparagus
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Rapid Fire MCT Oil
2 Salmon Fillets
Spinach Leaves or Lettuce (for Plating Under Salmon)
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 Degrees F. Place asparagus in a large sheet pan and season with salt, pepper, and Rapid Fire MCT Oil. Coat the salmon fillets with Rapid Fire MCT Oil and the place fillets next to asparagus in sheet pan. Bake 18-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked and asparagus are tender. May use a bed of lettuce or spinach underneath salmon when plating and add lemon juice.
