Spinach Smoothie

Servings: 1


2 Tablespoons of Cilantro

2 Teaspoons of Ginger, Chopped

½ Cup Water

1 Cup Spinach

1 Green Apple

2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice

1 Cup Cucumber

1-2 Tablespoons of Rapid Fire MCT Oil

Cucumber Slice, Spinach Leaf, or Lemon Slice (Optional Garnish)



Combine cilantro, ginger, water, and spinach into blender and mix.  Add green apple, lemon juice, cucumber, and Rapid Fire MCT Oil to blender.  Blend until smooth. May be served with garnish of cucumber, spinach, and/or lemon slice.  Can be refrigerated up to one day.
