Frothy Tea Latte

Servings: 1 cup


1 Rapid Fire Tea Bag

2 Tablespoons of Heavy Cream or Non-Dairy Cream (Your Option)

1 – 3 Teaspoons Rapid Fire MCT Oil

Pinch Himalayan Salt, Pink

2 Drops Stevia or Date Syrup (Optional)



Boil water for tea.  Steep Rapid Fire Tea Bag for 5 minutes.  Add tea to blender and combine with cream, Rapid Fire MCT Oil, salt, and stevia or date syrup if desired.  Blend for 20 seconds and serve hot. Can be served chilled over ice if preferred.
